Perfume from the chamber pot.
I didn't like asparagus as a kid. I assume not many kids do. It makes your pee smell funny. (Ironically, the root is used ethnomedically to treat urinary tract infections.) Ivan ‘fish have feelings too’ Vostinar probably liked asparagus as a kid.
So two years ago when he put up Mushashi V10 at the Bronx cave, and all the other kids screwed up their noses, he probably consoled himself in his maturity.

In case you haven't discovered it yet, we now have a sister site for the Castle Hill Basin. Made sense to have a blog for an area where stuff actually gets done! Check it out here.

CHARITY AUCTION
Few of you may know, that in his spare time the Koppulator is an underworld-renowned nouveau-post-modern-deconstructed pop art artist. Parallels can be drawn with Andy Warhol (though perhaps with a little less Andy War, and a little bit more hole). Waxing pigment from his Naenae penthouse, the Koppulator spawned a new genre of art-ifice, and during 2006/2007 dropped off the 8a.nu boulder ranking page entirely, much to the dismay of Studio 41174 owner J. P. Rubell.
Anyway, to cut a long pointless post shorter, we’re auctioning the picture above. Bids start at guessing who it is. A clue – he/she recently sent Pumping Iron v9 at the Bronx, and DIDN’T TELL ANYONE!
All proceeds go tax-free to roaring capitalists.
(Or to some art lessons for David.)

Sticky
Sticky conditions at the Rak today. There was lots of manly endeavour but only Kopper came away with the goods - a solid ascent of The Shark V6 (going on V9). And that's his one-climb-for-the-8a-scorecard-per-year climb. Check back in 2009.
